He is a Certified Environmental Safety and Compliance Officer through the National Registry of Environmental Professionals and first responder for American Red Cross after earning his degree in Communications from Youngstown State University. He also holds industry certifications with OSHA, the Construction Safety Council and Safeland USA.
Mr. Sitch holds instructor status with the Ohio Oil & Gas Energy Education Program (OOGEEP) and is a communications correspondent and veteran first responder for the NE Ohio Lake to River chapter of the Red Cross. He also was accountable for the areas of corporate safety & health, technical services, research & development and customer support services in manufacturing, media communication & service industry sectors in OH, PA, MD and DC. He also has nearly 20 years of experience in safety & health consultation on program writing, orientations and training development with expertise in ISN & Avetta third party contractor safety procurement services.
Mark is a member of Ohio Oil & Gas Association (OOGA), the Ohio BWC Safety Congress Oil & Gas committee and the OOGEEP State Safety Committee after completing nearly a decade of service on the Board of Directors of the Mahoning Valley Safety Council.
